Are my windows too high to clean?

I am happy to say that I am able to clean most windows up to 35ft – around 3 stories high.

How often should my windows be cleaned?

As a regular and reliable window cleaner I offer two options to my customers. When providing an initial quote to my customers, I offer a monthly or every other month service for my customers to choose from. My commitment to customers is to arrive and clean their windows every month or every other month – throughout the year.

Having your windows cleaned monthly has many benefits for you, as well as keeping the price as cost effective as possible by not allowing a build up of dirt to remain on your windows and frames.
To find out more reasons it is beneficial to have your windows cleaned monthly, you can check out my Blog post here.

Can you clean if I am not at home?

As part of the service I offer, I send out a courtesy text message the day before I call to clean your windows. If you are not going to be at home, that is not a problem as I accept Bank Transfer, GoCardless Direct Debit or Cheque payments via post.

How will you clean my windows, and what products do you use?

I do not need to use any ladders in my work as all cleaning is carried out from ground level.
Cleaning above head height is carried out by my pure water system.
As the name suggests, purified water is used to carry out cleaning above head height using carbon fibre poles. For some windows able to be reached by hand, I may use traditional window cleaning equipment. This technique uses a mild detergent to achieve a high level of finish.
